Coated plywood

      Plywood used by Ulma Construccion CZ are made of birch and spruce veneers. These are high quality plywood with high resistance against destruction and against chemicals. Plywood comes in sizes 2.5 x 1.25 m, 21 mm in thickness. Other thicknesses on request.

Birch
It is plywood of birch veneer with a phenol resin coating of 220 g/m2 resistant against damage. Used for formwork of concrete walls, ensures a smooth concrete surface without any visible structure. It is used primarily in cases where required great strength. Maximum number of uses is between 20 and 50 *.

Combination of Birch-Spruce
Plywood coated on both sides of the phenol resin 120 g/m2 surface, birch veneer, medium layers alternately spruce-birch. It is a record medium quality, providing good durability. Maximum number of uses is between 20 and 30 *.

Spruce
Spruce plywood coated on both sides of the phenol resin coating 120 g/m2 resistant to damage. All layers are from spruce veneers. Used for formwork of concrete in less demanding situations. This is an light and cheap plywood. Maximum number of uses is between 10 and 20 *.

Poplar
The surface is double-sided phenol film with weight standard smooth film 120 g/m2. The side edges are waterproof coating against moisture (this coating reduces the penetration of moisture into the boards, but does not prevent it entirely). It serves as a board for the production of formwork elements, the formwork for casting concrete with a smooth surface. Maximum number of uses is between 5 and 10 *.

Three-layer plywood

Three-layer plywood are supplied as 2 x 0.5 x 0.5 m and 3 m in thickness of 27mm. Other dimensions and thicknesses on request.

Three-layer plywood
It is high-quality three-layer plywood consisting of three layers of selected conifers (spruce or pine). The outer surface is covered with yellow melanin resin 120 g/m2. Surface treatment of concrete surface adds to the fine structure of wood with a uniform appearance. Plywood is suitable for the production of stencils. Maximum number of uses is between 20 and 30 *.
